About Lisa Wagner
Lisa Wagner is a second-generation rug expert. Her company, K. Blatchfords Oriental Rug Cleaning, Repair and Restoration, is one of the premier hand-cleaning and hand-repairing facilities in the United States.
Lisa is a rug care instructor, the rug care columnist for Cleanfax Magazine, and one of approximately 50 individuals in the United States designated as a Certified Rug Specialist by the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration.
Lisa's contribution to the cleaning industry has been as a volunteer for numerous non-profit organizations. She is immediate past president of the Carpet and Fabricare Institute, the largest region trade association for professional cleaners in the US. She sits on the IICRC Board of Directors, the Connections Convention Board of Directors, and on the National Institute of Rug Cleaners Council.
Lisa is the creator of the Rug SecretsTM Rug Shop Success Program an elite coaching program that teaches the technical, business and marketing aspects of developing a high-end, highly-profitable rug cleaning plant.
She is currently developing successful rug cleaning shops across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
